We keep 95% of our products in stock, ready to send. If we need to make your order especially for you, it may take a few days longer. If there are any delays beyond that, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Honest Delivery Policy – Important!

While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot hand deliver all of our orders and we trust our delivery partners to do this on our behalf. It remains our responsibility to get your order to you safely but please note that we simply cannot guarantee delivery speeds, times, or dates.

If something doesn’t go to plan, please contact us and we will do everything we can to sort it.

• Smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail, usually arriving in a couple of days.
• Larger orders are sent with an appropriate carrier, depending on size.

Returns

Just get in touch and let us know what you would like to return and why, please read our Terms & Conditions to determine who will pay for returns postage, in general:

• Change of mind or unsuitable: Return the item to us using a tracked and insured service. Once we receive it, we’ll refund you in full. You’ll be responsible for the return postage cost.
• Faulty or incorrect items: If something went wrong (eg you received the wrong item or a faulty product), we will arrange a free return and either exchange the item or refund you.

At this time our website is UK only however we are sometimes able to ship internationally. Please contact us so we can provide a shipping estimate.
