We keep 95% of our products in stock, ready for despatch the next working day. Sometimes our workroom will need to make your order especially for you and it might take a day or two longer.

Honest Delivery Policy – Important!

We would love to hand deliver all of our orders but sadly we can’t. We trust our delivery partners to do this on our behalf but some things are out of our control and while it is our responsibility to get your order to you we simply cannot guarantee delivery speeds, times, or dates. If something doesn’t go to plan, please contact us and we will do everything we can to sort it.

Smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail and normally take a couple of days, larger orders are sent using an appropriate carrier depending on the size of the products.

Rugs are despatched directly from our approved manufacturing partner using a courier of their choice, please get in touch for delivery details regarding these products.


Returns are simple. We’re friendly so just get in touch and we’ll sort everything out for you, but please read our Terms & Conditions first to determine who will pay for returns postage but in general:

If you have changed your mind or your order just doesn’t work or the colour isn’t quite as expected just pop the items back in the post to us and we will refund your order amount in full on receipt. Remember to use a tracked and insured method of postage as you are responsible for the cost of return and the contents of the parcel until it reaches us.

This applies to large items like rugs as well so please ensure you use an appropriate carrier.

If something has gone wrong with your order, for example you receive the wrong item or your new product is faulty then we will arrange a free return and exchange or refund.


At this time our website is UK only however we are sometimes able to ship internationally. You will need to contact us first so we can provide you a shipping estimate.
