    The items ordered are as advertised (both size and colour) and perfect for what I wanted them for, so I am happy with them.

    However, the delivery process itself wasn’t ideal. I was given a tracking number but this did not work so I had no idea of when it would be delivered.

    I emailed the customer services team at Loft who advised that ‘delivery usually takes between 2-5 working days’, which is a big window. Fortunately the package was small enough for it to be posted through my letterbox.
